Standard Delivery

Worldwide shipping is free.
Your order will be sent via Swiss Post and the delivery times for items in stock are:
– 2-4 working days for Switzerland
– 7-14 working days for other countries (depending on the speed of the local post service)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.

RETURNS

You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging . .

Returns of orders shipped within Switzerland and outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the Customer.

In order to ensure that your return is processed as soon as possible, we recommend that you also send us an email or contact us via the contact form to let us know you would like an exchange or refund.

The return address will then be sent to you in response.

The refund is made within 15 days of the registration of your return. It is carried out directly according to the payment method used by the Customer when placing his order (credit card or bank transfer).
